He is the only McDreamy I am watching right now. Unfortunately I am having a hard time going back and watching my favorite show, Grey's Anatomy, because of all I have been through.

Caring Bridge

As many of you know I have been out of commission this last month in the hospital at UCLA having brain surgery. Even typing that now sounds so strange. For the whole story and all the updates you can visit my CaringBridge website at:

We are currently doing weekly updates instead of daily ones now that I am home. Look for a new post and picture today because I finally got to wash my hair and style it so that the shaved parts don't even show. Praise God!

Cole is two weeks old!!

We unswaddle him to try to wake him up to eat. This is one time it wasn't working. Sweet Baby!


Yesterday was his 2 week check-up at the pediatrican. Let me remind you, Cole weighed 5 lbs. 11 oz. at birth. At 1-week-old he weighed 5 lbs. 5 oz. Yesterday at 2-weeks-old he weighed 5 lbs. 15 oz. He gained 10 oz. in 1 week! Way to go Cole! Other news is that his ambilical cord fell out and his circumcision is healed! He is doing great!

All Four Grandkids!!!!

This picture was taken shortly after we arrived home from the hospital. Kaylie is 5-years-old and holding our little Cole. Cassi is almost 3-years-old and has her 1-year-old brother Caleb. What fun Cole is going to have with his cousins! I am sorry to all the friends and family who will be mixing up their names because trhey all start with "C" or "K."

Name: Cole Trabue Warren (Trabue is my dad's middle name and has been passed down for generations. You say it like "Tray-bue.")

Birth Date and Time: August 22 at 9:24pm

Weight: 5 lbs. 11 oz. (He was 35 weeks early.)

Length: 17 1/2 in.
